Well it’s kinda new, started working on it in July 2011 but like most things something more pressing came up until a couple of weeks ago when I could avoid it no more.

The hardest part of building a photography website is deciding what images to display in your portfolio. It’s a daunting task. I obviously want to highlight my best images and demonstrate my skills and experience as a professional photographer but where do you draw the line ?? After all, most people will only spare a moment or two looking at ‘pretty pictures’ unless you have something a little special. Hopefully I’ve managed to do this from newborns to fur babies, weddings to 40th birthday parties and prom photography.

I’ve even braved sharing a little behind the scenes video.

Thank you to all my wonderful friends that are clients and clients that became friends and made the final selection process so difficult.

There’s nothing like feeling beautiful inside and out.

I’m always looking for new ways to present my images and provide my clients with products that are just a little bit different.

Last week I worked with the beautiful Chelsea on a new and exciting concept that I will be offering my female clients very soon.

Looking back on 2011

I really struggle to choose a handful of images from each session to feature here and facebook so when it comes to compiling a year end review I struggled to know where to even begin !

It’s great to be busy in a recession. ┬áMeet lots of amazing people, take lots of photos, pursue my personal photography goals and expand my business in the process. The downside is there are far too many images to go through to make the review.

Phew quite a year ! It has been incredible on a personal and professional level and I can’t wait to see just what’s in store in 2012.

Happy New Year !
