by signing up for this online workshop you have decided you want to move on from the ‘wing & a prayer’ mentality and get involved in the picture making processes. the first and most important words of wisdom i can share with you is read the damn manual – it is down to you to learn about the basic functions and find out the true potential of this amazing piece of kit.my aim is to guide you through the creative process involved when ’painting with light’. there’s no point in me telling you to ‘do this’ and you copying it exactly – you’ll never begin to ‘see’ the image that way.
i will set weekly assignments that will hopefully stretch you and hopefully share the odd word of wisdom along theduring this ten week workshop we will cover techniques such as using texture, viewpoints & angles and framing the shot.there is a private forum for photographers to share images, inspiration and receive feedback.
