I feel guilty that I haven’t blogged any client sessions in a little while. It’s been a busy few months and I’ve been distracted by planning our trip to California & Nevada, the current online photography workshop, my new health & fitness routine and of course my boys and their hectic schedule of activities (they have a far better social life than I do). It’s hard to believe both my boys are in senior school, it seems like yesterday I was changing nappies and making bottles (shudder as I have flashbacks sterilising bottles at 3am). When I was experiencing the sleep depravation and the sheer panic of motherhood, there were days when I could not wait for them to progress past this stage and onto the next. All these years later it’s hard to believe they were ever that tiny and needed more than just a taxi driver. Fortunately, I have several thousand photographs to remind me.
I love photographing pregnant women and their spouses together and talking with them about their expectations of what it will be like to have a child and the amazing journey ahead. One thing I tell every couple is enjoy every moment as it goes much too fast.
Because every bump is beautiful, every pregnancy unique.
I especially love when the pregnant couple return with their newborn babies for newborn pictures. It’s especially rewarding to me to see families grow and babies and children come back to the studio over the formative years.
Thank you Cristiane & Javid for letting me be a part of your journey and I look forward to meeting Baby Jasmine Issabelle very soon.

what a beautiful Mommy to be! I love seeing your work!
Mum looks so relaxed, you’ve obviously worked you’re magic again
Wish I had pictures like these when I had my two – just gorgeous
Just beautiful … and I’m with you, I love documenting this stage & then seeing the transformation when they come back with baby. It’s an amazing time in life for sure!
