The boys and I have watched a series of programmes on Channel 4 leading up to the anniversary today. In some ways its seems like yesterday and others like a different lifetime – the emotions of shock, horror and disbelieve remain.

I loved this image from the brilliant family session last week and thought the muscle man pose was ideal for an Andy Warhol esque piece of custom wall art.

like so
I will be offering these to past and future clients that are looking for something a little bit different to compliment their picture collection – email me if you’d like to know more about this new product.

Ethan started at Chafford Hundred Campus today. He went to bed early last night, without complaint, set his alarm and was up and raring to go before I was. He agreed to our first day of school photos but suggested we went to school early before everyone arrived, like 06.00
after some negotiation we agreed on 07.30. Without getting too emotional, it’s hard to believe that chubby little baby has grown so quickly into a caring, handsome and intelligent boy that I am so very proud of – love you babe.
Another part of the tradition was a picture with the teacher but now he’s in big school I agreed to let that shot go but as we were getting into the car to come home one of his new teachers parked next to us and Ethan made the mistake of telling me who she was. I couldn’t let that opportunity go so I jumped back out of the car and asked the teacher if she’d mind, which she didn’t, resulting a full set of images to remember this day by. They have the whole school to themselves as a settling in day for the new Year 7 students.
The boys had arranged to meet to walk to school – amazingly other people’s children like me taking their photo, it’s just my two that have an aversion to my camera
They look so grown up and actually seem like they have matured over the summer holidays – hopefully it will last
