I’m off to Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday and had set myself a target of losing 14 lb before the trip. Up to last Tuesday I had lost 12 lb which is a bit disappointing as I had secretly hoped to have lost more than the 14 but the planned exercise programme turned out to be a non event so I guess it could have been worse.
Recently I set up the fridge cam to help stick with the Slimming World food optimising regime.

It’s all go in the Johnson household – the boys both play football for two teams, Ethan is in the school netball team and Theo has just joined the rugby squad.
Theo scored his very first try in training yesterday – loving the hat 
and at the same time Ethan played Netball for the school A & B squad, fortunately they were both at home so I could run between the two but its not always that easy !

It’s bad enough getting up early every Saturday to take Theo football training but they now both have school football team training at 8am on a Friday too – I am never meant to get a lie in it seems ! !
I drove to North London today to meet my friend Martina and her new baby, we chatted for ages and managed to get a few special pictures. Meet Felix, isn’t that just an adorable name for the sweetest baby boy ??? I can’t think who suggested the name seven months ago but here he is nine days new
