Its been a while since I’ve been to a cricket match and true to form the English weather put pay to any play in the morning. Skies brightened enough for play to resume between Middlesex and Essex at 13.45 – I had the ideal view from the Investec Media Centre (weird glass structure).

Busy Birthday Weekend

My baby boy was EIGHT on saturday (it’s OK I am still allowed to call him my baby – I checked). As he is such a popular boy with a busy social calender, the celebrations started on friday until today. It all started with a bowling party & sleepover on Friday.

I was dead on my feet but a couple of them were still going strong at 2am !

Saturday there was a football tournament, which both boys played in and that evening the end of season presentation (I’ll share more of this another time) and as this was Theo’s actual birthday he had a cake and lots of birthday wishes from players, family (Evan & Natasha came) & friends.

I am so chuffed at how everyone has thrown themselves into the online workshop (even causing personal injury in a couple of cases).

I cannot believe we are midway through the first workshop already – need to get my act together and actually write the tech workshop (I have it all in my head just have to get it on paper) as I need to keep the current bunch of photographers busy.
